Palios Milos Vidiano Metaxari stands out with its pale lemon color and complex aromatic character that combines notes of minerality, unripe apricot and green herbal hints. Its well-developed acidity offers balance, while the long finish completes this refined experience.

Palios Milos Syrah Metaxari is a fine wine produced by maceration at 4°C for 10 hours, following the classic white vinification. It matures for 6 months in oak barrels and remains for another 6 months in the bottle, acquiring a robust body, impeccable balance and a great aftertaste that leaves an unforgettable impression.

Palios Mylos Liatiko Metaxari stands out with its light rose color and fruity nose, dominated by aromas of sour cherry, sweet spice and notes of smoked paprika.
